Cleats for PVC and PU conveyor belts:
Designed to prevent product slippage. Available in different heights (20mm-100mm).
We can weld them with hot air and high frequency. Both form a very strong bond between the base belt and the cleat. The best welding method is depending the size (height, width) of the cleat.
Conveyor belt cross sections:
The main purpose of cross section profiles is to increase conveying capacity. They are available in different sizes and colours. The height of the cleat is mainly dependent on the diameter size of the drive and the turning drum. If the cleat is too big in relation to the drum, the profile will fall off in a short time. Cleats are customized to different minimum drum diameters.
Example coding:
T 20 W -> T = straight cleat, 20mm height, W = white
TC 40 AG -> TC= bent cleat, 40mm height, AG=apple green
Longitudinal guides for conveyor belts:
Longitudinal guides are used to ensure proper guiding of the belts. Guides or ribs are usually welded on the bottom of the belt to fit into corresponding grooves in the frame or the pulley/drum. There are food and non-food types and light/heavy duty guides.
Example coding:
M 13 W -> M= solid v-guide (full), 13mm base width, W=white
K 17 AG, K= notched v-guide , 17mm base width, AG=apple green
Corrugated or waved sidewalls for conveyor belts:
There are two main types.
1. without standing base
Advantage: The sidewall can be welded closer to the edge, even tangentially.
2. with standing base
This sidewall is welded on a belt which is slightly wider than the corrugated sidewall, therefore leaving a few mm of empty space between sidewall and the edge.
